Uploading Files as a Datasource
For users who want to upload files like CSV, or Excel as their datasource.
This guide will walk you through the process of uploading files, such as CSV or Excel, as a data source.
Go to kuzkcex.vespa.stotle.io
1. Click "settings"
Access the settings menu.
2. Click "Datasources"
Open the Datasources tab.
3. Click "ADD DATASOURCE"
Click on the add a new datasource button.
4. Click "browse"
Click on browse to select and upload a local file from your computer
5. Click "Next"
Once the file is selected, Proceed to the next step.

If you'd like to rename the file, you can change it here
7. Click "Upload"
Begin the upload process.

9. Select the file
Ensure the uploaded file is complete, as the system requires updated descriptions for better metadata understanding. This enhances AI's ability to interpret, query, and dynamically generate charts from the data. Most work is automated—just review and confirm. Select the table to proceed.
10. Review and Refine AI-Generated Descriptions for Columns
Review the AI-generated descriptions for each column. Verify accuracy and ensure they align with the data's context. Edit descriptions as needed for clarity and correctness. Confirm that all columns have complete and accurate descriptions. Click Complete to save the metadata.
11. Click 'Next' to review and adjust access settings.
