# Creating Storyboards

#### **Step 1: Navigate to Storyboards**

1. Click on the **Settings** icon from the left menu.
2. From the menu, select **"Storyboards"** to open the Storyboards section.

#### **Step 2: Add a New Storyboard**

1. Click on **"Add Storyboard"** at the top of the Storyboards list.
2. Enter a **Storyboard Name** and an optional **description**.

#### **Step 3: Add Charts to the Storyboard**

1. Click the **"Add"** button.
2. Choose to add a **Chart**, **Line**, or **Spacer**.
3. Select the chart(s) you want to add from the available list.
4. Repeat to add multiple charts as needed.

#### **Step 4: Resize and Arrange Charts**

* Resize charts using the **grid adjuster** to make them fit appropriately within the storyboard.
* Drag and drop charts to rearrange them into a **custom layout**.

#### **Step 5: Customize Storyboard Elements**

**Lines**

Lines can be added to **separate different sections** in a storyboard, making the layout more structured and readable.

**Spacers**

Spacers help in **creating section headings** and separating different data blocks.

* You can **color** the spacer and **add text** to label sections.
* Spacers help create **clean, professional layouts**.

#### **Step 6: Customize Options**

1. Click on the **"Options"** tab to customize settings.
2. You can configure:
   * **Who can view** the storyboard.
   * **Who can edit** the storyboard.
   * **Custom** Excel, and PPT templates..
   * **Filters & Default Variables** (set default values for filtering data).

#### **Step 7: Save and Publish**

1. Click **"Save"** to save your storyboard.
2. The storyboard is now available for viewing and sharing.
